Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Yes. Samples can be arranged for evaluation before mass production. Specify whether you need a stock evaluation unit, a branded sample or a pre-production sample matching the approved configuration. Availability, preparation time, sample charges, courier costs and any credit against a bulk order are confirmed in the quotation.

What certifications do your power banks carry?
Compliance is model- and market-specific. Do you offer custom firmware development for smart power banks?
Yes. For ODM projects, firmware work may cover the TFT display interface, supported charging protocols, automatic shutoff behavior and power management. Displayed information, device compatibility, update methods and development scope depend on the selected hardware and approved specification.
